'Dear John' knocks 'Avatar' off the #1 spot

I saw Dear John on the day it came out and I'm not lying when I say that it was one of the best romantic movies I've seen in a while. Realizing that the story line was based off a book by Nicholas Sparks' (the same author as The Notebook), I got the feeling I was in for a good movie.
